The get in is scheduled for the safety of everyone. You will be given a time slot between 8:30am – 09:45am

Prices:
Hot Food & Drinks - £75
Cold food - £55
Makers & Creators indoor includes 1 x trestle table- £55
Makers & Creators outdoor - £55 (3m x 3m plot)
Gazebo - £8 Table £3 (for outdoor only)
Admin fees per transaction- £1
All pitch fees are for one trader to trade at a time. Sharing pitches is not permitted.
Conditions:
A non-refundable £1 admin fee will be added to all payments for card processing and transfer fees.
Please arrive during your allotted time, we cannot have cars/vans blocking Anerley Road
Pitch fees are non-transferable & non-refundable.*
Pitch locations are not bookable, however, if you require a shady spot for example cheese and candles please specify to the committee.
All outdoor traders must have cover/gazebo/van.
No power supplied.
If supplying your own power prior approval must be agreed for safety & site location.
Gas safety certificate must be provided before booking.
You must have valid public liability insurance of £1m+.
Food & Drink traders must provide a valid food & hygiene certificate before booking.
No packing down of your stall before 16:00.
All rubbish to be taken with you.
Non-smoking site.
We do not offer refunds or deferring payments.
*In the unlikely event of a market cancellation, fees will be transferred to a later market date.
The market ethos is that we do not sell mass produced items at any of our markets. Unless vintage!
Application guidelines and tips
We curate each makers and creators market independently of the next, it is not on a first come first served basis, it’s important we get the right mix of traders.
We are looking for makers and brands with hand made products and/or vintage. This covers art, illustration, ceramics, clothing, kids clothing, candles, beauty, skin care, accessories, homeware, cards, knitwear, Christmas decorations, Christas gifts, personalised products
We do not sell mass produced items at any of our markets. Unless vintage!
Successful applications
You will be contacted if successful and sent an email offering you a pitch with a payment link.
You will be given 48hrs to make that payment.
Pitches are only confirmed when payment is received. You will receive an automated email confirming that payment.
In the pitch offer email, the market organisers will confirm if you’re most suited to an in or outdoor pitch and if there is any uncertainty than can be discussed (once you have been offered a pitch) and before you make payment.
Once you have paid, close to the market date you will receive an email giving you an arrival time slot. There will be 65+ traders to co-ordinate and it is important you stick to your time slot for the safety of everyone, if you are late and do not hear from you, we will shuffle the site plan so there are no empty spots and you will not be able to trade with us.
Only applications via the booking form are considered. Applications over email are not considered and those emails are not responded to.
Do note, on your booking application, your website or Instagram links need to be accurate, if the links do not work, we do not get I touch to let you know and your application is not considered.
Please do not share the payment link with anyone. Only traders who have been invited with a pitch offer email will be allowed to trade at the market. We will refund any unexpected payments.

We are not permitted to use the walls at the location to hang, pin or stick to. Your presentation area is your table – please provide your own table cloth. You are welcome to use small freestanding presentation items on top of your table, they need to be secure and safe.
Indoor pitches are limited to and including 1 x trestle table. No space is offered around the table. However, there are a few areas that offer more space which can be discussed. Once you have been offered a pitch please make it known if you’d like a larger area, you will be considered for this if your product is suits to requiring it. For example, a clothing rail. If we can accommodate we will, *Note, presentation display items such as rails need to be provided by you.

We only get in touch when we have a pitch available to offer you.
Extra Information for outdoor traders:
We have a limited amount of gazebos & tables for hire. These are on a first come, first paid basis. Please ensure you pick the right set up during payment.
Social Media:
Once you have made payment we will lift imagery from your Instagram to post on our Instagram or be in touch requesting imagery. Once you have made payment you are welcomed to share imagery or specific information you would like us to share.
